Who are we?

The Gaggia Quality Team are Watermark’s handpicked group of experienced and proven coffee engineer professionals, located across the UK, who are passionate about Gaggia, about coffee, and about delivering the very best service to you, our customer.

What do we do?

We aim to deliver the following:

  • A first-time fix for your coffee machine — 97% of our repairs are first-time fixes
  • A response time of less than 5 hours for emergency calls
  • Transparent and cost effective billing

Certification, Training and Quality Control

Each team member has been certified by Watermark and Gaggia, with ongoing certification conditional on regular training and an ongoing review of performance.

Each member of our team has signed up to a customer charter designed to give you the reassurance that your Gaggia coffee machine will be fixed properly and quickly.
